How many sessions will I need?

Most people need one to three sessions to learn the techniques that can significantly improve their academic performance.

How long is each session?

The sessions are usually one-hour long. The first session is sometimes longer.

Note that I always leave a one-hour window after each session to make sure that we have all the time that we need to finish what we started.
