How many sessions will I need?
Most people need one to two sessions to learn how to reduce the anxiety to the levels when it doesn't bother them anymore.
How long is each session?
The sessions are usually one-hour long. The first session is sometimes longer.
Note that I always leave a one-hour window after each session to make sure that we have all the time that we need to finish what we started.
