The price of the Hypno-Coaching Weight Release Program includes two payments:
During the first two sessions we will discuss your goals. That includes calculating your ideal body weight. We will also address the most important issue that prevents you from losing weight. For each person it may be different.
After 2 weeks you will be able to notice the actual results in terms of your weight and decide whether you want to invest in the full program and change your life for good.
We never give up on our clients! We will work together until you successfully reach your healthy weight!
Yes. We don't think losing weight is possible if you continue to eat ice cream and cheesecakes 3 times a day. However, there are some good news:
1) The changes in your diet will be gradual and very smooth.
2) You will not need to limit your calorie intake or suffer from hunger. We will deal with cravings during our sessions. However, even if you have them you will be allowed to eat as much as you want.
3) You don't need to give up completely your favorite foods.
Some people love going to gym, some don't. We strongly believe that each person can find a physical activity that he or she will enjoy immensely. It doesn't need to be strenuous. Even simple walking can do the trick. The most important changes will come after you gradually modify your diet.
In general, you will lose at least 2 pounds per week. If you are obese, your progress may be faster in the beginning - up to 4 pounds per week.
The number of free additional sessions is limited to four per year after the first year.
Note that we can only provide this support to people who are committed to their goal. The easiest way to show your commitment is to have a hand-written diary where you will keep track of your weight loss progress. The measurements should be taken at least twice a week.
