During this 3-hour event in a small group of only 6 participants, we will demonstrate and practice some powerful mental exercises for weight release, including working with cravings and low motivation!

We have changed the day of our weekly hypnosis meetup.
Now it’s gonna be every Wednesday at 7 PM.
